The holiday appartment “Casa Matilde”, is situated in a typically Mediterranean garden, together with 2 other holiday homes, directly by the sea. The small rocky reef can be reached through a private entrance. The holiday home is surrounded by numerous pine trees, cacti, carob and eucalyptus trees, as well as flowering oleander and hibiscus bushes.<\/p>\n
In the ground floor flat of approx. 70 m\u00b2 you will find a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed and TV as well as a spacious kitchen with cooker, oven and dining area. You can use our free wifi. A large covered terrace belongs to the holiday home as well as a parking space and two outdoor showers.<\/p>\n
The holiday flat “Casa Matilde” does not have air conditioning but we can provide mobile fans if needed. However, due to the ground floor location and the large roofing, the flat remains pleasantly cool even in the summer months.
