Booking & booking confirmation

After a reservation request, we check availability and usually confirm the reservation by email within 24 hours. After the reservation confirmation, the booking becomes binding as soon as the deposit has been credited to our account.

A cash deposit of €100 and a final cleaning fee of €40 must be paid on site.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you arrive later, please let us know.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the holiday home by 10:00 a.m.

Our holiday homes

The color and brand of furniture may vary from the pictures. The accomodations are furnished according to the individual description.

Additional Services and Fees

We are legally obliged to collect a community tax of €2 per person per day up to a maximum of 7 days and pass it on to the community. This fee is payable locally upon arrival.
In order to meet your individual needs, we are offering additional services. Some of these services are free of charge, others can be used for a fee.
You can pay the fees for the services used on site.

Pets

We look forward to you taking your four-legged friend with you on vacation. For pets, we charge a daily flat rate of €10 per animal. When making your reservation request, please indicate how many animals you would like to bring and what breed they are. A deposit of €150 is required for a holiday with pets.
Our facility is fenced in, but out of consideration for the other guests, it is not permitted to let dogs run free unsupervised.

Cancellation & travel withdrawal

We understand that plans change, so the following cancellation policy applies:

  • up to 30 days before departure 30% of the total price
  • up to 20 days before departure 50% of the total price
  • up to 10 days before departure 80% of the total price
  • less than 10 days before departure 100% of the total price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
