The small holiday flat “Villa Matilde Seaview”, is located directly by the sea and is on the 2nd floor of the villa. The holiday flat has a separate entrance and is equipped for holidays. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea and the garden. Only 2 minutes by car from the holiday flat are beautiful dune beaches and romantic bays.
On approx. 40 m² you will find a bedroom with double bed, a living room with two single sofa beds and TV as well as a kitchen and a shower-bathroom.
The flat has Wi-Fi. The air condition can be used free of charge in the summer months of May – October, in the winter months from November – April we charge for heating according to consumption.
